The star of Hong Kong Nouvelle Cuisine entertained Roshan at his
cutting edge restaurant Bo Innovation. An ongoing customer, Sam's has
been a source of classic style advice for the Demon Chef who takes the
fusion of East and West out to the limits of culinary creativity.

Aaron Gryder took a while to master the art of Jockeying, starting his career with a dramatic tumble, then working his way up to the top, winning by a record-breaking 14 lengths at the Dubai World Cup in 2009. He also measured up at Sam's, yet again taking it with style, right to the finish.

Paul Potts hit the international scene with his win on Britain's Got Talent, singing his way to stardom. He came to Sam's and measured up, getting ready to perform in public in Hong Kong's hall of fame.

The Hong Kong Community Chest entered its 41st year with a special event supported by Sam and by special guest appearances by the children from Slumdog Millionaire. We are delighted to help the Community Chest in its role in "Building a caring society through greater participation and giving by the Hong Kong community"

Manu's old friend Alexander Sambly came into Sam's as part of his
research. He produces a telivision programme on luxury destinations for
US audiences, and Sam's is his premiere Tailoring destination in Hong
Kong.

Emeka Okofor took some time out from shooting hoops and from the African Initiative to Save Lives to come into Sam's. He hopes to save one million lives in the next five years in sub-Sahara Africa with his initiative. We salute Emeka for his great sportsmanship and for working to make sure his good fortune benefits the many who will never get to see him play.

The tattoo artists from Miami Ink came into Sam's. They showed us their
colours and we showed them ours. By the time they left Hong Kong, their
art was safely wrapped in our craft.

All time tennis great Martina Navratilova came into Sam's, and we showed her our service, the fastest in the game.
