NDTV fitness queen Charu Shankar came into Sam's to get measured up. She has pioneered the Cirque de Soleil inspired Jukari workout, which builds fitness using trapeze-based airborn moves. She came for a flying visit to Sam's wanting a shirt done within the hour. No problem! You can see the results here: we made sure she was ready in time to go forth and fly high again. 

 

We were honoured to serve Shah Mehmood Hussain Qureshi, Agriculturalist and Foreign Secretary of Pakistan, who is working for peace in the West-Asia region. We measured him up for a suit, ready for the international arena.

 

 

 

We were delighted to receive Andre Bocelli, the distinctive voice that has launched a thousand events. He came in with his fiancee Veronica Berti, getting ready to sing in style again. 

 

 

 

  Aaron Gryder, not content with winning by a record-breaking 14 lengths at the Dubai World Cup in 2009, has gone on to become a TV star too, appearing in the Sopranos and in the documentary 'Jockeys'. He came back to Sam's to measure up with Roshan once more, getting ready to go the distance again.

 

 

  Kevin Spacey is a versatile performer, with a background in stand-up comedy, televisions, films and theatre. Following on from his two academy awards for The Usual Suspects and American Beauty, he is now Artistic Director of London's venerable Old Vic theatre. This man of many talents came into Sam's for a fitting, here he is before and after, you can see more of the fitting process here . 

 

 

 

Actor Daniel Wu came in with his then fiancee Supermodel Lisa S, in order to fit his wedding suit.The happy couple had a beautiful wedding, and we wish them all the best.

Entrepreneur, author and upcoming ABC network television show star Erik Kaiser ventured into Sam's to get fitted with a new suit. He was in Hip Hong Kong to film part of his series on the lifestyles and success secrets of entrepreneurs the world over. We left the man who wears a suit to the beach well-equipped for his globe-trotting adventures.

Kia Jam, Hollywood producer, popped into Sam's for a suit. He is currently the exclusive US consultant for Xinhua Media Entertainment (XME), China's first NASDAQ public listed media company.  So Hong Kong is a natural stopping-off point for him, and Sam's is where he steps in for a bit of international style.
